SmartLearner Driving School's aim is to provide its learners with the highest standard of service possible at all times.

While we strive to ensure that your time spent with SmartLearner Driving School is both productive and enjoyable, there may be times when you are not 100% satisfied with the service you have received.

Alternatively you can email the customer service department at the following email address-admin@smartlearner.com Any written complaint sent to us will receive a formal acknowledgment within seven days as stated in our Privacy Policy. For us to investigate your concern thoroughly, please allow ten (10) working days for a full response.

In the unlikely event that the issue has still not been resolved, you have the right to appeal to the Customer Service Department.

This must be done in writing and should be sent to the address stated above.

At this point the company would have investigated your concern thoroughly, and all correspondence will be passed to our review panel whereupon their decision will be final.
